Tubing on the Liffey

120th Portmarnock Scout Group will head to Palmarstown to do some tubing on the Liffey.

You can get an idea of what’s involved from their website, but note that you will see on their website that the children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult - this is only from a child protection perspective and not from a water safety perspective - the Cub leaders will provide the adult supervision and the professionals at the centre will provide the water safety expertise.
