Annual Camp in Carrickmacross

120th Portmarnock Scout Group will head to Dun Na Ri forest park in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan in June 2023 for our annual camp. We will be staying at the home of the 3rd Monaghan Scout troop who have a camp ground for our Cubs, Scouts and Venturers, and a Den with 30 beds for our Beavers.

What to Wear

What to Pack

- NB Everything must be packed in 1 rucksack/bag.

- NB The Cub must be able to carry their own rucksack.

- Packing List (so the Cubs can re-pack)

- Sleeping bag (required)

- Sleeping mat (required)

- Knife, Fork, Spoon (required)

- Packed lunch (in lunch box as we'll be using it again) (required)

- Bowl (the lunch box may be able to serve as the bowl) (required)
